Coldwater Junior and former USBC Pepsi Youth Champion
Wes Stienecker rolled a perfect 300 game Sunday morning September 9 in a
JTBA (Junior Tournament Bowlers Association) Tournament in Dayton at
Beaver Vu Bowl. It was his first game of the tournament. He ended up
with games of 300-137-238-218-221-235 for an average of 224 for the day.
He ended up finishing in 23rd place. That was his first ever
perfect game; his previous high game was 299, which he rolled in the
State Pepsi Tournament in 2005. In the summer of 2005 Wes won the USBC
Youth championship handicap division in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and was
also a member of the Coldwater Cavaliers first ever OHSAA state
Championship team this past winter. This year’s High School bowling
season will get kicked off on Saturday December 1 in Celina at Plaza
