Front Line Cook

Pla-Mor Lanes is an established and growing bowling center in Coldwater, Ohio. Pla-Mor Lanes is a 16-lane center with a 18-hole adventure golf course, full-service restaurant and drive thru carry-out. 

This full-time position requires 5-6 days of work per week, both weekdays and weekends. Previous experience is NOT required, but recommended.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Stocking, prepping and cleaning all work stations.

• Cooks menu items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

• Self-starter attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous cooking experience is recommended, but not required if you are willing and able to learn.
